Abstract

This study presents the design and development of video-based promotional media aimed at enhancing an organization’s digital presence. As digital transformation accelerates, promotional videos have become one of the most impactful content formats for engaging audiences, communicating brand identity, and expanding online visibility. This research adopts a research and development (R&D) approach, encompassing needs analysis, content design, video production, and both functional and user-experience evaluations. The resulting promotional video demonstrates a substantial improvement in digital engagement, indicated by increases in views, interactions, and content sharing across online platforms. The findings confirm that video-based promotional media can serve as an effective strategy for strengthening digital presence and supporting broader digital communication objectives.
